Our courses are delivered through a national training network that ensures quality, because we understand the importance of having convenient and consistent training across multiple locations. Courses for the workplace include Heartsaver CPR, Heartsaver AED, Heartsaver First Aid, and the new Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid.

BLS for Healthcare Providers
The BLS for Healthcare Providers Course covers core material such as adult and pediatric CPR (including two-rescuer scenarios and use of the bag mask), foreign-body airway obstruction, bleeding, shock and automated external defibrillation. (6-8hrs)  
Heartsaver CPR
The HeartSaver CPR Course teaches CPR and relief of choking in adults and children, and infant CPR and relief of choking, and use of barrier devices for all ages. (3-4hrs)
Heartsaver AED
The Heartsaver AED Course teaches CPR, AED use, relief of choking in adults and children, and infant CPR and relief of choking, and use of barrier devices for all ages. (3-4hrs) 
Heartsaver First Aid 
The HeartSaver First Aid Course teaches how to manage illness and injuries in the first few minutes until professional help arrives. Course content includes General Principles, Medical Emergencies, and Injury Emergencies. Optional topics include CPR and AED, and Environmental Emergencies. (6-8hrs)

HeartSaver Pediatric First Aid
The HeartSaver Pediatric First Aid Course teaches how to manage illness and injuries in a child in the first few minutes until professional help arrives. Topics include First Aid Basics, Medical Emergencies, Injury Emergencies, Environmental Emergencies, Optional First Aid Topics, and CPR and AED. (6-8hrs)  
HeartSaver CPR in Schools 
The HeartSaver CPR in Schools Course, tailored to middle- and high school students, teaches CPR and AED use, relief of choking in adults and children, and infant CPR and relief of choking. (3-4hrs)  
Family & Friends 
CPR 
The Family & Friends CPR program teaches how to perform CPR in adults, children, or infants and how to help an adult, child, or infant who is choking. (6-8hrs)  
Family & Friends 
First Aid for Children 
The new Family &Friends First Aid for Children program teaches how to manage illness and injuries in a child for the first few minutes until professional help arrives. This program covers such topics as preventing injuries, recognizing and treating basic first aid emergencies, and relief of choking in infants and children. (3-4hrs)

The online BLS Renewal Course provides a review for healthcare professionals who have prior CPR training. This program recognizes that healthcare professionals have knowledge and skills acquired from prior CPR training and years of patient care. Once you have completed the online portion of the course, you go to an authorized.

 

American Heart AssociationTraining Center for the skills validation portion. After you have completed both sections of the course, you will be issued an American Heart Association BLS - Healthcare Provider card.

The cost is $17.50 for the online portion, plus the cost of the skills check.
